Where is the Agafay desert?
Agafay is a stone desert just 40 minutes (about 35 km) south-west of Marrakech, facing the snowy peaks of the High Atlas Mountains.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Every experience includes pickup and drop-off from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. We confirm the exact pickup time by WhatsApp or email.
How do I pay?
After we confirm availability, we send you our bank details privately by email or WhatsApp. You pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer and send us the transfer receipt; your booking is then confirmed. The remaining 70% is paid on the day in cash (EUR or MAD) or by card.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us by WhatsApp or email as early as possible to cancel or change your date. The deposit conditions are explained in your booking confirmation.
Are activities suitable for children?
Camel rides, dinners, day passes and camps are perfect for families. Children aged 4–11 pay half price. Quad and buggy drivers must be 16+ (children can ride as passengers).
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a warm layer for the evening — the desert gets cool after sunset.
